We redesigned the learner journey with gamification elements, clear progress indicators, and a cohesive visual language that rewarded milestones. Instructor dashboards were simplified for content management.

Course completion rate increased from 22% to 61%. Learner satisfaction scores rose to 4.7 out of 5.
