The founders wanted to create genuine local connections in a world of global social feeds. The app needed to feel different — intimate and trustworthy.

Interest-based matching, local event discovery, and small group conversations were the core loops. A warm colour palette and hand-illustrated icons reinforced the community feel.

Day-7 retention reached 42%. The app was featured in regional press as 'the antidote to social media' within its first month.
