01The Brief
The event organisers needed a highlight film they could use immediately after the event to capitalise on momentum and drive early-bird registrations for the following year.
02Our Approach
We deployed a 3-camera crew across the event and edited the highlight film within 48 hours of the final session. Energy, insight, and community were the three narrative threads.
03The Result
The video drove a 27% increase in early-bird ticket sales compared to the previous year. Sponsors rated the video the most valuable post-event deliverable.
